Return & Exchange Policy

At Huliyah Modest, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
  1. Initiating a Return or Exchange :
Customers must initiate a return or exchange request within 5 days of receiving their order by contacting our customer service team. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Color & Display Disclaimer :
Please note that due to variations in screen settings and lighting during photoshoots, the actual color or texture of items may slightly differ from what you see online. Exchanges cannot be made for this reason.
Products will only be exchanged in cases of manufacturing defects.
4. Refunds & Coupons :
We do  offer cash refunds. In case an item is out of stock, a store coupon or cash of equal value will be issued.

5. Accessories :
Please note that accessories are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

6. Sale Policy :
Once a sale begins, the final sale price at the time of purchase will be considered the final price for any exchange.
